What makes YellowLotusYoga unique from other Women’s Retreats in Sedona?
I am a local facilitator, practitioner, and have a created a sacred relationship with the healing energies of the land, waters, plants, and animal life. Prior to moving to Sedona in 2020, I visited multiple times a year since 2008.
In 2016, I received my 200 hr. Mindfulness & Meditation Certification in Sedona at the McLean Meditation Institute.
(Sarah McLean is now located in Santa Barbara)

One of my deepest passions is traveling and learning from healers around the world.
I've trained and traveled to Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, Argentina , Spain, Italy, & Egypt.

I'm a continuing education provider with Yoga Alliance and a 500 hr. Certified Yoga Teacher
